Il Tribunale ha anche stabilito il risarcimento dei danni alle parti civili che si sono costituite nel processo: gli imprenditori Francesco Leto, Massimo Leto, Giovanni Bonanno, Ignazio Cutro', Salvatore Cammarata Spataro e Salvatore Palermo.
