It 'was announced in the second week of November 2010 by post on Facebook and two articles here in the blog ( art.1 art.2 ) and now the mail service is active on Facebook. In the present day
Facebook gradually extending to all new messages are suggesting users to upgrade to this new feature.


What is the update
upgrade to the new service will email you a Facebook indirizzo@facebook.com that will be unique for each user. The email address corresponding to user name that was given to their profile, for example, my username is emanuele.manca.90 ( http://www.facebook.com/emanuele.manca.90 ) and thus the address will be emanuele.manca.90 @ facebook.com.
This new address can be used for each interaction on Facebook as an address is to be added to the list of e-mail used for access to Facebook and can be used also to get to email, including attached files also.
This will give you a real email address to use with everyone.



The steps to upgrade will need to request an invitation from the page of the new feature, click here [ Facebook messages ] and click the green button in the lower right. Once you receive the update just follow a few simple steps simple and intuitive.
As you progress you will be asked to associate, if you do not have a username to your profile to create the e-mail. Later there will be a suggestion to turn the function on the Facebook free SMS alerts .

I messaggi d'ora in poi saranno raggruppati per conversazioni e il primo messaggio visualizzato sarà sempre quello a cui sarà stata inviata o ricevuta una risposta. Le conversazioni raggrupperanno anche i messaggi scambiati via chat in modo che tutta la conversazione si trovi in un'unica posizione.

Con il nuovo aggiornamento sono stati aggiunti nuovi comandi ^[3] ed una novità è la possibilità di archiviare il messaggio selezionato. Così facendo il messaggio verrà moved to a hidden section and may be consulted at a later time. To reach this section, go to the main page and message below it click on "Archived".
You can also move messages into space "Other" ^[4] .

Altra novità è la possibilità di inserire, oltre a link o foto, anche degli allegati ^[5] . Sarà possibile, infatti, aggiungere file esterni a Facebook e provenienti dal nostro pc, si potranno caricare file multimediali audio/video, file audio, file d'immagine, file compressi e altro ancora, ma come per i normali indirizzi e-mail non sarà possibile allegare file eseguibili in formato *.exe.
Infine si potrà anche decidere se inviare il messaggio anche come sms ^[6] (se l'amico ha inserito il proprio numero di cellulare) e di velocizzare l'invio dei messaggi ^[7] using the two boxes placed under the frame of the text.
